Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, and we aim to make our return process as clear and straightforward as possible.

Live Fish Purchases: No Returns or Refunds on Live Fish: All fish sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on fish.

Live Arrival Guarantee: We guarantee the live arrival of your fish. To ensure this, you must be present at the time of delivery to accept the fish and sign for it. If, unfortunately, the fish arrives deceased, we will replace it with another fish of equal value.

Notification Requirement: In the rare event that your fish arrives deceased, you must notify us immediately—within the first hour of delivery—by email or phone. Please take a digital picture of the deceased fish inside the bag and send it to us as proof. We cannot accept responsibility for shipping delays or damages caused by the carrier.

Non-Returnable Items: Chemicals, Medications, Water Conditioners.

Return Period: If you wish to return an eligible item, you have 7 days from the date of purchase to do so.

Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping Costs: Unfortunately, we do not refund any shipping and handling costs. The customer is responsible for return freight as well as the original freight costs, except in cases of defective items or shipping errors on our part. For orders shipped with free freight, the customer will be responsible for the actual outgoing freight charge.

Condition of Returned Items: The merchandise must be in unused, resellable condition and returned in its original, undamaged packaging. This includes all warranty books, instruction manuals, parts, accessories, and the original shipping box.

Packaging for Return: To protect the original factory carton, please place it inside another carton for return shipping.

Return Authorization: Before returning any item(s), please contact us.
